2. GSC (SEA) Pte Ltd, services include candidate sourcing, verification, placement, and related support.

2. Client Obligations

1. Clients must provide clear job descriptions and comply with relevant labor laws.
2. Clients are responsible for employment contracts with placed candidates.

3. Candidate Obligations

1. Candidates must provide genuine certifications and accurate information.
2. Compliance with employer and visa requirements is required.

4. Fees and Payment

1. Fees for services will be agreed upon and payable as per the contract.
2. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not to disclose it unlawfully.

6. Liability

We are not liable for employment outcomes or disputes between clients and candidates beyond our recruitment services.

7. Data Protection

Both parties agree to comply with relevant data protection and privacy laws regarding any personal data shared.

8. Termination

Services may be terminated by either party with notice as agreed in the contract.
