Wong Ju Han

Founder & CEO

Ju Han had previously worked in a major Indonesian conglomerate group in its Corporate Finance Division for 5 years from 2008 to 2013. Ju Han had also worked at major banks including DBS Bank, Mizuho Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, specializing in fund raising activities relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking and wealth management. Currently, Ju Han is a Co-Founder and Shareholder of a number of investment holding companies that has interests spanning FinTech, Live-Streaming and Executive Education. He also has a shareholding interest in Nakajima Suisan (M) Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian subsidiary of Tokyo-based Nakajima-Suisan Group.

Cedric Khoo Hong Cheng

Co-Founder & COO

Cedric had led the strategic marketing and distribution of FMCG brands across the ASEAN markets. These have been executed via operating from established international and regional multi-national companies to start ups in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. He has proven experience in GM roles with P&L responsibility across various Asian markets. Cedric had also led commercial teams across the spectrum of sales force, marketing and supply chain with various business partners of diverse Asian cultures. In the last 12 years at Lam Soon Group, a major privately-owned FMCG company, he led his team in Vietnam to accomplish its corporate goals of a startup operation through a successful M&A deal and the expansion of its business in a market with a population base of 100 million. Cedric’s passion is to combine his skills towards a meaningful impact to the community via ESG initiatives.

Soraya Bahfen

Founder & President Director

Soraya cherishes giving back to society through educating others. Soraya completed her university education in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce and Double Master’s degrees in Commerce and International Business. Soraya previously had experience in agri business in Australia. Currently, she is a shareholder and director number of companies that has interest in agriculture and executive education. She is also appointed as a deputy head of permanent committee of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia).

Yusuke Kaga

Media Create Co., Ltd on behalf of KK Global International

Kaga served as Director of the Kinki Business Association from 2010 to 2015, where he oversaw strategic initiatives and operational management, including conducting executive-level interviews and supervising the Chinese staffing business to support regional economic activities. Between 2016 and 2020, he expanded his professional scope by working at a medical corporation, gaining valuable experience in organizational management and healthcare-related operations. In 2020, he joined Media Create Co., Ltd. as Business Manager, contributing to business development and corporate planning. Kaga was appointed Representative Director of the company in 2023, assuming overall leadership responsibilities and driving the growth of the concert event business as part of the company’s strategic expansion.
