Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have completed Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent, Japanese Language Proficiency Certification (N4 level) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) certification to be eligible for employment in Japan.
5. Do I need to speak Japanese fluently to get a job in Japan?
Japanese fluency is not mandatory. However, a Japanese Language Proficiency Certification (N4) is required, and having N3 level or higher is strongly recommended to enhance communication, adaptability, and job opportunities.

Eligibility is open to Indonesian active college students who are currently in Semester 7 or 8.

The Internship Programme operates under a specific University Internship Visa. The standard duration is 6 months.
8. Do I need to speak Mandarin fluently for Internship Programme?
Mandarin fluency is not mandatory. The minimum requirement is basic English proficiency.
