4. What are the basic requirements to Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) in Japan?
Most employers require at least 18 years old, relevant senior high school or equivalent, Japanese Language Proficiency Certification and Skills Certification. GSC (SEA) will support you complete administrative documents.
5. Do I need to speak Japanese fluently to get a job in Japan?
Fluency is not always mandatory, but having Japanese language skills will greatly increase your job opportunities and chances of adapting to daily life. Many companies expect at least conversational level Japanese.
