GSC (SEA) is pleased to announce an important milestone in our mission to connect Indonesia's skilled talent with global career opportunities. On November 6, GSC (SEA) successfully dispatched Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) to Japan.
The departure of these three skilled professionals via Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport marked the start of a significant new chapter. These candidates will begin their career journey in Japan at one of the prestigious partner companies that have entrusted their workforce needs to GSC (SEA).
This placement process is the result of strategic collaboration and careful preparation with our trusted training partners. Together, we ensure that each candidate not only has the required technical skills, but also the Japanese language proficiency, mental preparedness and cultural understanding to succeed in their new work environment.
GSC (SEA)'s commitment to candidates and corporate partners does not stop at the departure gate. On the following day, Friday, November 7, upon arrival at Haneda Airport, Tokyo, the SSW candidates were personally welcomed. In particular, one of the Directors GSC (SEA) was personally present at the airport, accompanied by a representative from the receiving company in Japan.
After landing, the group immediately proceeded to have breakfast together. This moment was used to conduct a short briefing, ensuring the candidates were calm, informed and prepared before continuing their transit journey to the job site in Hokkaido, Japan.
This achievement reinforces GSC (SEA)'s position as a credible labor channel of choice for industries in Japan, while inspiring thousands of young Indonesian talents who dream of building a career overseas.
